07/02/2026 Awning - Service Call (1) Motorized Verticool Description: Repair/recover motorized verticool. Replace fabric band, zip track guides, plate w/sliding round pin. Plan of Action: Team to get exact fabric width measurement, not including zipper tape that extends past fabric width. Take measurement just above the hembar where hourglassing is least likely to occur. Order parts after width has been confirmed. Dropshade is a zipper track, hembar missing endcap, needs to be replaced w/ hembar ends attached. Replace pin receiver on idler end. May need to trim tracks down. **$100.00 T&A discount has been applied**
