The light is flashing red or not at all-- tried several times. Plan of Action: Troubleshoot the motor and motion sensor. We installed a new motor last fall. We may need to replace the motion sensor. Will need to quote the customer the price of new motion sensor. $378.41. **Only charging $100.00 deposit. Will charge full amount if determined not under warranty. $100.00 to be refunded if under warranty.**
