Automated send runs on the first visit to Tracking List or Create Schedule each workday (any time of day). Weekends and company holidays are skipped.

Employees CC'd when their department has qualifying orders. Salespeople on those orders are CC'd automatically; duplicate addresses receive one copy.

Use $department for the department name (e.g. Missing Order Packets - ($department Department)). Per-department preview and send replace the tag; automated all-department sends leave it blank.
When set, replies to pending list emails (automated and manual) go to this address for all departments.
Use Insert Tag for merge fields. Include $missing_orders_list where the auto-generated order list should appear.
